These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any purchase from AESTHETIC GROUP LLC d/b/a Aesthetic Bio Labs ("ABL", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Research Use Disclaimer.
1. Eligibility & research-use agreement
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age required by your jurisdiction) and are acquiring products solely for lawful laboratory and research purposes. All products are sold for research use only and are not for human or animal consumption. You agree not to use, resell, relabel, or redistribute any product for human consumption or any consumer purpose.
2. No medical claims
Products are not drugs, supplements, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, are not approved by the FDA, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information on the Site is provided for scientific reference only and is not medical advice.
3. Orders, pricing & acceptance
We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect intended human use, reselling, fraud, or violation of law. Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
4. Compliance with law
You are responsible for complying with all federal, state, local, and institutional laws and regulations applicable to the purchase, possession, handling, storage, use, and disposal of research chemicals in your jurisdiction. You agree we are not liable for your misuse of any product.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (logos, text, images, design) is owned by or licensed to ABL and may not be used without permission.
6. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability
Products and the Site are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue. You assume all risk associated with handling and use.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ABL and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of your use or misuse of products or your breach of these Terms.
8. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
