Because our products are research chemicals whose integrity depends on controlled storage and handling, returns are limited as described below.
Damaged, incorrect, or defective orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a verifiable quality issue, contact us at infoaestheticbiolabs@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the affected item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Non-returnable items
For safety and integrity reasons, opened products and products that have left our custody generally cannot be returned or resold. We do not accept returns based on a change of mind once an order has shipped.
Order cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they ship by contacting infoaestheticbiolabs@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped it cannot be canceled.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
