Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping & handling
We ship from the United States in discreet, tracked packaging. Where appropriate, products are shipped with cold-chain handling (e.g., insulated packaging / cold packs) to preserve research-material integrity. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.
Rates & delivery times
Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. Estimated transit time is 2–5 business days domestically. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays.
Destinations & restrictions
We ship to the United States. We may restrict or decline shipment to any jurisdiction where the sale or shipment of these products is prohibited or restricted.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows no movement for 14 business days, contact infoaestheticbiolabs@gmail.com and we will open a carrier investigation.
